We are looking for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is passionate about LGBTQIA+-affirming care and eager to grow under high-quality supervision. Looking for an individual who is a motivated self-starter willing to take initiative to market and help grow their own caseload. We provide some referrals and marketing support. This role supports hours toward licensure (CA BBS) while providing meaningful clinical work in a collaborative, supportive environment.
• Registered AMFT in California and in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Commitment to LGBTQIA+-affirming, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive care.
• Working knowledge of CA documentation standards, HIPAA, and ethical practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, warmth, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work in person at the practice one day per week preferred
