    More Information
Dr. Jenn Kennedy runs this 6 week, online offering for women several times a year. In Pleasure Circle, we explore challenging beliefs related to desire and sexual pleasure. We will also review toys and answer all your burning questions. It’s a supportive, fun, no-pressure way for women to explore sexuality.

This group is a mix of psycho education (attachment, cultural influences, sexual response cycle) and practical exercises. This group dovetails well with couples or individual therapy as an short term adjunctive way for participants to deepen mind and body awareness.

Registration is now open for the next Pleasure Circles. The first is for lesbian and bisexual women. It runs Wednesdays 7/5-8/9 and a general women’s group (for all women), which runs 8/3-9/14 (with no meeting on 9/7) on Thursdays 6-7:30 pm online. Each group will be capped at 10 participants

    More Information
Writing From The Inside Out is a clinical creative writing group for clinicians, licensed and pre-licensed, from any discipline. I am offering two groups, online via ZOOM, each will be 90 minute groups, one will be twice monthly on Friday mornings, 8:30 am PST and the other will be twice monthly on Saturday mornings, 8:30 am PST. The flexible frame of the group will include somatic/sensory exercises to ready ourselves for writing (10 min), a creative writing prompt (5-7 minutes) 30 - 45 minutes of free associative writing and 30 minutes of consultation. The aim of the group is to access our unconscious experiences within and beyond the therapy encounters to bring a fresh perspective to the experience of being a therapist. By using somatic exercises and creative writing as prompts, we are able to both ground our bodies while loosening the grips of restraint on how we think about our therapeutic encounters.
