Dr. Jenn Kennedy runs this 6 week, online offering for women several times a year. In Pleasure Circle, we explore challenging beliefs related to desire and sexual pleasure. We will also review toys and answer all your burning questions. It’s a supportive, fun, no-pressure way for women to explore sexuality.

This group is a mix of psycho education (attachment, cultural influences, sexual response cycle) and practical exercises. This group dovetails well with couples or individual therapy as an short term adjunctive way for participants to deepen mind and body awareness.

Registration is now open for the next Pleasure Circles. The first is for lesbian and bisexual women. It runs Wednesdays 7/5-8/9 and a general women’s group (for all women), which runs 8/3-9/14 (with no meeting on 9/7) on Thursdays 6-7:30 pm online. Each group will be capped at 10 participants.
