The Power of Mindfulness,
Meditation and Imagination:

Nine Therapeutic Tools Therapists Can Use to Help
Children, Teens & Adults Heal

Presented by:
Charlotte Reznick, Ph.D.

You can help your clients access their inner wisdom to navigate life's challenges and reduce their pain, anxiety and fear using the positive power of imagination. Learn nine practical mindful meditation and imagination (MMI) tools you can immediately use to help children, adolescents and adults cope with stress and anxiety by accessing their natural strengths and innate wisdom to solve everyday problems, overcome fears, deal with insomnia, cope with loss, handle anger, achieve peak potential and more. Empower clients to successfully face life’s challenges and make healthy decisions using innovative tools that help them find answers for themselves. When we teach our clients effective mindful meditation and imagination (MMI) techniques to solve their own problems, it can transform their world.

Charlotte Reznick Ph.D., Licensed
Educational Psychologist, author of The Power of Your Child’s Imagination, frequent media commentator and international workshop leader on the healing power of children's imagination, is in private practice in Los Angeles. She creates therapeutic relaxation CDs for children, teens and parents, is a UCLA Associate Clinical Emeritus Professor and has inspired parents, professionals and educators throughout the world with her original therapeutic approach to helping children and adolescents heal themselves.
